Actually I'm just thinking of all the deliciousness that can come from a pumpkin. Things like pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pie, pumpkin soup, pumpkin cheesecake, and pumpkin rolls!!! (and other such pumpkin yumminess!) Since it is fall, and the pumpkins are in abundance we ought to use them, right??? I'm going to use one of our pumpkins from the garden and make pumpkin rolls in the next week or so. What's your favorite pumpkin dish???
